Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and aim to be clear about what we collect, why we collect it, and who helps us handle it.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Pure Home Inspection LLC (“Pure Home Inspection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through njpurehome.com and related communications. We are located at 326 Tuckerton Rd, Tabernacle, NJ 08088. Questions about privacy can be sent to brian@njpurehome.com or 609-820-1556.

  • Comments, questions, scheduling details, and other message content.
  • Information you provide by phone or email, including information needed to schedule, perform, report on, or follow up about an inspection.

When you visit the site, our hosting and security systems may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps. This information may be recorded in standard server logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Respond to questions, quote requests, and contact submissions.
  • Schedule and provide inspection, testing, and consulting services.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, records, and service communications.
  • Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

  • Protect our rights, users, property, and business.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact-form data for unrelated advertising. We may send service-related messages and, only where permitted, occasional business communications; you may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

4. AI and Automated Decision-Making

The site currently does not use artificial intelligence, generative AI, chatbots, or automated profiling to collect information, answer visitors, evaluate people, determine eligibility, set prices, or make decisions about you. We do not submit contact-form information to an AI system. If our practices change, we will update this policy before using personal information for a materially different AI purpose and will provide any notice or choices required by law.

5. Cookies and Third-Party Collection

The site may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visits, traffic sources, and interactions with the site. Analytics is disabled by default and is enabled only if you choose to allow it in the cookie settings prompt. We do not send contact-form contents or other personally identifiable information to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer. Necessary technical storage or logs used by the site or its hosting platform may still be created to deliver and secure the website.

When you submit the contact form, the form is sent through EmailJS, which acts as a service provider to transmit the submission to us. EmailJS may process technical and form information under its own privacy practices. Review its policy at emailjs.com/legal/privacy-policy. We may also use hosting, email, telephone, payment, scheduling, professional, legal, accounting, and security providers as needed to operate the business. These providers may access information only to perform services for us or as legally required.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content, security, or privacy practices, and their policies apply when you leave our site.

6. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers described above; to inspectors, laboratories, insurers, lenders, agents, or other parties you authorize or who are involved in delivering requested services; to professional advisers; in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of business assets; and when necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request. We require appropriate confidentiality and security measures from service providers where reasonably practicable.

7. Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, ongoing services, business records, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and legal, tax, insurance, or regulatory requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not send passwords, financial account credentials, or highly sensitive information through the contact form.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also ask about our use or disclosure of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of promotional communications. We will verify requests as needed to protect your information and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to data portability, restriction, objection, or to appeal a decision. To exercise a right, email brian@njpurehome.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” You may also contact your applicable state or national data-protection authority.

9. Children and Visitors Outside the United States

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can address it. The business operates in New Jersey, and information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after an update means the updated policy applies to future use.
